ADVANCED CANDLE MAKING CLASS I

Time: 9 AM to 5PM with a 45 minute lunch break. Please Note: Our classes are on a tight schedule and will start promptly, so allow sufficient travel time.

Instructor: Bob Sherman

Description: In order to cover the largest amount of material, no time will be spent on the basics so participants must have some previous candle making experience. Please note: this is an informal, hands on, workshop type of class designed to be fun as well as informative.

The following types of candles will be made:

Layered Candles
Balloon Candles
Tie Dye Candles
Two Tone Candles
Chunk Candles
Tie Dye Candles
Ice Candles
Cake Candles

If time permits we will make additional candles such as Torched Candles, Water Candles, Embedded Wax Candles, etc...

Prerequisites: Previous basic candle making experience or the basic class is needed.

Required: Closed shoes (no sandals - no exceptions). Lightweight long sleeve clothing is suggested in case of wax splashes. Wearing old clothes or work clothes is recommended. Minimum age 14 years if accompanied by parent or guardian, otherwise 18 years.
