We use nothing but the finest pure beeswax. It is a light to medium color, but it varies. Also popular with soap makers.

TIPS - Always use mold release when molding beeswax as it will stick to the mold. Due to its higher viscosity, a larger wick than you would use for the same size paraffin candle should be used.
