• Ask specific questions - we are not mind readers.
• Sending vague general questions such as: "How do I design a site?" or "I can't Log In" will almost guarantee that you will not get a reply.
• Include your registered user name in all contact. We do not need your password, but often need to know who needs help.
• Designing your web site - No support is offered for this at all. There are several options here:
  • Log into your account and use the built in site template pages and editor. Once logged in, there is a link to a tutorial on using these tools.
  • Use any web design software to design your pages and upload it to the site.
  • Follow any online tutorial on web design such as Mike Markel's Web Design Tutorial A google search will turn up many other free tutorials as well.
